News from ITGOA, Mumbai
A number of ITOs in Mumbai have written to ITGOA Mumbai and sought clarification regarding ACIT promotion, seniority list etc. They belong to 2001 batch of ITO. In this letter they requested answer of queries within 5 days and threatened to quit the association if their just demands and queries are not adhered to. A copy of the letter is with us. We are publishing it for public interest.

EA post is of no use to IT Deptt. It is totally a financial loss to the Govt. CBDT should not be rigid for implementation of the same post
WHEN THE CHQ IS EMBEDDED WITH A BLOTTED OFFICE BEARER SRI ARVIND TRIVEDI WHOSE SENIORITY HAD FRAUDULENTLY BEEN FIXED BY THE CCIT BY THE CCIT(CCA), KANPUR WHO IS STILL ILLEGALLY ENJOYING HIS POSITION IN THE DPC PANEL YEAR 2000-01 IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT FIRST OF ALL AS BEING GENERAL CANDIDATE AMONGST DR'S, HE IS PLACED AT LAST BUT OWING TO CHQ'S PRESSURES, HIS NAME IS STILL NOT SHIFTED TO PANEL YEAR 2001-02. SINCE THIS FACT IS VERY MUCH IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF ERSTWHILE RULER OF THE DEPARTMENT I.E. CBDT, HENCE THE REQUIRED PRESSURES NEEDS TO HAVE BEEN MOUNTED BY THE CHQ-ITGOA IS NOT BEING MOUNTED FEARING LEST THE POWERFUL HAND OF CBDT MAY TEACH LESSONS TO T5HE ASSOCIATION MEMBER I.E. MR. ARVIND TRIVEDI-ADDL. SECY WHO GOT HIS SENIORITY FIXED THROUGH FRAUDULENT MANNER USING ASSOCIATION'S PLATEFORM IS NOT JEOPARDISED CAUSING HIS SURE SHOT DEMOTION TO THE POST O9F ITO.
Whether any DPC for promotion to ACIT will be held or not. The association office bearers have got their promotion even after the judgment of NR Parmar and now for the rest of the officers different yardstick of implementing the judgment of NR Parmar is being adopted. Think
