DOPT AND HRD SHOULD NOT ADOPT PARTISAN ATTITUDE TOWARDS IMPLEMENTATION OF N R PARMAR DECISION. THE DOPT AND HRD OFFICIALS SHOULD ALSO ADVISORY INSTRUCTIONS OMs AND DIRECTIVES TO UNIFORMILY IMPLEMENT DECISIONS OF RAJEEV MOHAN , RENU KUMARI, PATANJALI SHARMA AND UMA DEVI DECISIONS TO ENSURE THAT EVERBODY IS EQUAL BEFORE LAW.

10th Oct gone. NRP not implemented by PCCsIT. Even CBDT's order not obeyed. This is height of disobedience.

What the HRD has conveyed is clear violation to the decision of the Apex Court in NRP. JCA stand is appreciable. Let us wait for the clear cut instructions for implementation of the decision in every cadre.
