After one week of the suspension of agitation of JCA , members are in dark about any progress regarding the charter of demands. Leaders did not bother to apprise the members , if any, about developments as usual. While the rank and file joined the movement wholeheartedly and stopped agitation following the direction of the leadership, they should have a right to be updated. Following questions are being asked but nobody to answer.
1. Whether the DPC proposal for 2014-15 submitted to UPSC ? If so, what is the current status ?
2. As per JCA circular, the exact number of vacancies to be "ascertained by the CBDT within a week’s time, taking JCA into confidence." Is it ascertained so far ?
3. Whether CBDT took any step to vacate the stay order of Ernakulam CAT ?
4. Whether any progress have been done for DPCs of 2015-16 and 2016-17 ?
5. Any update about the Recruitment Rules of Gr B and C cadres ?

Thanks for raising the voice of every member . It is very correct that the time is passing very fast. Something should be done immediately.one weak is already passed and the CBDT has done nothing this shows their intention the JCA should immediately plan to restore the agitation, including Dharna at Chairpersons residence before her retirement.
It's indeed the duty of JCA to intimate its members with the update. I don't think it is something which should be kept behind the curtains. There must be crystal clear transparency otherwise our motive will not be served. So the JCA should come with each and every update regarding our demands.

Can you please tone down the accusations against the JCA leadership? Yo are making as if the JCA suspended agitation against the wishes of the members. CBDT played a well planed game of bringing in the RS to break the agitation. But the JCA also matched it with an equally good idea of suspending agitation for three weeks. Remember it was not suspended indefinitely. Moreover, JCA immediately followed up with two letters, one to RS and one to the Board.
I am all for asking the right questions to JCA. But the threads in this blog are always written in a accusing tone or which reflects negatively on the JCA leadership. What do you expect? That JCA will demand something and Board will say ok, you take it?
JCA leadership has already expressed the apprehension that the CBDT is not going to fulfil its promises and the same has been put in writing before the RS. So far, I have found no reason to doubt the intention and efforts the of JCA. It is true that they have nothing to show as their achievement. But you cannot expect the achievement on a platter.
Election is around the corner. if you think, there is a better leadership which will take the matter to better conclusion, express so and show us the alternative.
When the whole of retired army has not been able get the OROP implemented the way they want, do you think our demands will be met up so easily?
Every is true to some extent. Its not a blame game but i think all members are curious and anxious to know the latest development of our demands and assurances given during the meeting with RS and JCA. Its our electef JCA leadership who are the rightful persons to update the latest news. Why not?
The accusations or suspicions expressed against jca leadership is mainly to ensure that they should not succumb to some attractive false offers, stimulation of in-fighting among members or the hand-twisting power of authority. Any prudent member has to appreciate the stand taken by JCA for suspending agitation for 3 weeks. When purpose is not achieved agitation has to go on with further vigour. JCA leadership need not take it serious when some negative comments are made about them. But members want to know what progress has taken place. That is not wrong ?
Also one important thing remains mystery. The cadre restructure 2013 made some dubious wordings, two different nomenclatures for the proposed increase in posts when it came to the cadres of ACIT and DCIT. This dubious wordings were not used for other cadres. Later on, when it came to approval they deviated from the proposal and approved a minimum number for AC promotions alone. Does it mean that our leaders have been taken for a ride. Either, leaders of ITEF/ITGOA were naive/ignorant/immature or they were part of the breach of faith. But Why at present they are not projecting the wrong , the administration made for the crucial layer of the department.
One more thing. Let JCA assert that we are only asking for filling up of vacancies. The admn shows their magnanimity of clearing stagnation from year 2002, 2003 etc. Who asked for their magnanimity. Where are the number of posts assured. where are the consequential vacancies following retirement and promotion in higher cadres . why so much delay in implementation only with regard to promotions to ACIT ?
what about the regularization of casual workers ?????
JCA members se request hai ki yadi casual workers ka regularization nai ho pa raha hai to kam se kam unhe temporary status hi dilwa de, itni power to CBDT ki bhi hai, 16.10.2015 ke letter k according to CBDT is matter ko gol gol ghuma rahi hai na hi koi report banegi or na hi koi report CBDT ko send ki jayegi to CBDT kya decision legi. Isliye JCA se request hai ki yadi CBDT casual workers ko regular nai kar pa raha hai to kam se kam jo casual workers court se case jeet gaye hai un casual workers ko kam se kam temporary status dilwa diya jaye.
JCA should concentrate on fair transfer policy and timely transfer and accomodate physically handicapped to CGHS Stations only for better medical care
It is leant that the Ernaculam CAT has vacated the stay with the direction to the CBDT to implement NRP in 4 states where the seniority list as per NRP is completed and in rest states promotion may be made on the basis of old seniority is it correct ? if so how it is possible to prepare seniority list and this will further go in litigation.

JCA IS fully involved in Cream posting after taking money.
In Orissa, 400 doctors have been suspended for going on strike.what will happen if CBDT suspends all of us? I have family with me.I will not participate in any strike.we get fastest promotion in comparison to any other departments.we should concentrate on our work.

Pl. Dont dampen the spirit of Santhosh jee. What an amusement he/she provides at this time of excruciating journey for the dept and JCA.
Enarkulam CAT reserved its order which may be passed after one week. (No direction to implement in four states, Local CAT cant do that). Stay not extended after 11th November. 2014-15 file is with UPSC, but no date given for DPC. There is no pressure from ITGOA or CBDT. So no promotion likely at least till Chairperson retires.
There are number of issues in NRP implementation. So no DPC. DR. Itis themselves are responsible for this mess.
November 16 2015 at 3.44 if you are correct, it is again a failure on the part of the ITGOA if they really want to get done the promotions they should immediately use their resources ,at the time of last DP C the ITGOA has put pressure on UPSC may be because the name of Ajai Goyal ,President ITGOA was their ,this time none of the blue eyed boys of ITGOA is going to be promoted in the proposed DP C. May be this is the reason the ITGOA is not pursuaing with UPSC.If the CBDT is not taking initiative the suspended agitation should be restored with Dharna at the residence of chairperson before her retirement.

Lala Lajpat Rai (Founding president of well known trade Union) like leaders fought for the welfare of people of working class. I have genuine doubt whether Mr.Santosh mean to say leaders like him and his supporters are also indiscipline because they are also not liked by the administrators of their time. Now we remember those who worked for unity and welfare of working class people.
Likewise, present struggle also shall be remembered by future generation when outcome is something fruitful. As long as agitation is not anti-national and in line with democratic principles, stringent action can not be the one beyond what is mentioned in rule book. Every one knows this.
What career prospects exists today might not have been the situation if everyone thought of himself/herself and his/her family alone. The story would have been different, we may be comparing other departments and blaming our seniors for their inability to get the things done our favour.
One has to accept as the leader of the democratically elected majority party as CM/PM, Whether one voted or not for the party which rules the state or centre. Following the same lines we must support and strengthen the leadership of our association. This is the time to keep aside the differences. If someone feels he/she can deliver things in a better way, he/she can take over leadership by following due procedure at the time of change of guard.

SCD repairs aur petrol mey chori karke cheat kiya sarkaar ko. Isi liye SCD ko abb punishment mil raha hey.
