As informed earlier in this blog, DPC meeting for promotion from ITO to ACIT on ad hoc basis took place today at 11 AM in the chamber of Chairman, CBDT.
The DPC meeting for promotion of around 200 officers of vacancy year 2014-15 has been concluded a few minutes before posting this post at around 2.50 PM.
Promotion order may be released late in the afternoon.

Big achievement by the itgoa in getting 200 adhoc acit posts instead of 180 regular acit posts cbdt assured to give 1 1/2 years back.
Great, for 20 vacancies, Members lost 2 years because of showing faith in their leaders
JCA leaders will have to take the curse of the retired people who didn't got the acit promotion during this time and also of those expected ito promotion.
And may be retiring as ACIT in stead of Additional CIT

Great disappointment. BB assured 3 panel years promotions by 31.03.2016. But he could achieve only 1 panel year that too adhoc promotion. What a shame!!! He is unfit to continue the SG post any more.
Not a single promotion till this time out of promised 650.

What Mr. Secretary General of ITEF is doing at this time? No news about consequential promotion for the adhoc promotion of acit since instead of getting regular promotions, due to the agitation of jca, we are able to get only adhoc promotions and when the adhoc promotions are going to regularize paving way for the consequential promotions god only knows. Leaders are for Enjoying in member's subscription amount only??

All credit goes to ITGOA for too much delay in promotion of ACIT.
At least now leaders of ITGOA must understand that without implementing NRP & revising seniority list of ITOs accordingly no further DPC can be held..... At least now ITGOA should insist on implementation of NRP.

Respected Casual workers sir, after supreme court direction in 2006, no back door appointments can be made. All the appointments should be through some open process, where every body can compete for appointment. You people came through back door entry by serving in the officer's personal work and now seeking your regularisation. How it is possible? Just think over.

Consequential ad-hoc promotion to ITO will happen only after the ITO to ACIT order comes. So have little patience and pray to God with perseverance.
False assurances by the itgoa/itef/jca:
1. 2013-14 consequential acit posts.
2. 2014-15 acit promotion by 30.11.2015
3. 2015-16 acit promotion by 31.12.2015.
4. 2016-17 acit promotion by 31.03.2016.
5. Laptop to newly promoted ito/ao and inspectors.
6. cellphone instruments.
7. enhanced petrol to iit/ns.
What we have achieved is Adhoc(???) 2014-15 dpc only.
When the regular 2014-15 will come no body knows.
consequential ito promotions --- no chance.

It is heard that finance minister is not in town for approval for adhoc acit promotion order and issuance of order is only after his approval/return.
We can't believe the so called leaders. They are celebrating each day as fool's day.
(1) i know the supreme court order 2006 vide which he justify that all the casual worker who have completed more than 10 years should be regularized and now many casual workers are completed atleast 20 years but they have not regularized, why ?
(2) as per your comment, casual workers should be treated as back door entry, but sir who is the responsible open the back door, ?
(3) at present Pr. Bench of CAT and some other subordinate bench's has passed an order (before 1 year) after examine the order of supreme court but CBDT & HRD has not preference the above order, this is the ignorance of Indian Judicial Authority.
(4) if the above facts are not genuine, why the department has appointed the casual workers on daily wage basis ?
Board has clearly ordered while regularising casual workers based on Supreme court's direction as one time measure in the year 2008 that casual workers should not be directly appointed and they should be appointed only through contract appointment. Despite this order, casual workers are appointed illegally by certain officers according to their whims and fancies. The said casual workers generally are either officer's relatives or existing employees's relative. In that case how can the board regularize such employees contrary to the SC direction and also dopt's instructions.
Board has also given the direction in December-2008 vide which no more casual workers will be appointed in future, but board has not given any direction regarding existing casual workers engaged before said OM dated 04.12.2008, it seems that Board has accepted their services in favor of department.
this is the controversy between the Board & Court.
and this the point to be observation that who is right Court or Board???
if court, than why board has not directed in said om dt 04.12.2008, to terminate all the existing casual workers ????
and the big thing, all the casual workers has won his case in CAT and the department has not been filed any appeal in higher court, and the time of filing of appeal is also over ..........

please please relax,
ITGOA, ITEF & some good positive officers are trying to best for regularization of casual workers who have been appointed before December 2008 and the result may be come in the month of May 2016.
so dont argue with each other.
this is a good thing.
think positive, because most of the casual workers has already given their golden time to the department and now they are the part of our department.
so we are requested to all the higher officers, ITGOA & ITEF to do best for regularization of said casual workers.
Then what about casual workers engaged after December 2008 to till date?
For this, appointing / financial sanction authorities is responsible.
