While every eyes on CBDT expecting cadre review notification alongwith regionwise distribution of posts, CCIT Chennai has implemented recent DOPT O.M. dated 04.03.14 regarding fixation of inter se seniority between direct recruit and promotees. As per their O.M. dated 24.03.2014, they strictly followed the effective date of the Supreme Court Order in the N.R. Parmar case as 27.11.2012 as per the DOPT O.M. dated 04.03.2014 and refused to reopen any case prior to that date. Hence they disposed of all representations in the cases where appointment took place earlier stating that those needed no interference.

Cca chennai has ensured tht no promotions r done as in pune also they hv got stay till july..why cant cca implement in all the cadres n avoid further litigation..
CCIT(CCA), Patna please take lessons from your junior CCIT, Chennai. He has done the right thing without any hesitation. What about your region where all the cadre affected for not giving a single promotion after the instruction of DOPT and CBDT. shame.....shame.....shame....
CBDT is the most ineffective organisation i ever seen. The seniority row put under the court of CCIT CCA will lasted more and more litigation. Once the DoLA has advised the board to implement the judgement in ITI cades as a whole why the different action is being taken by the different CCIT CCA. one should merely disallowing the claim of one would not end the seniority row. It will be implemented. Hamari aadat ho gayi hai pyaj bhi khayd auf sau jute bhi. So beware of misinterpretation of rules.

Any body who is willing to join in the case proposed to be filed against the illegal recruitment that has been made without any notification by the SSC of the 2005 batch by recruiting 812 ITIs against the notification of only 5 vacancies?? Please mail to supersatyam@rediffmail.com
so friends after the chairperson, today is the date for RS and the very next one is FM and if everything goes ok FM(on the verge of retirement) should mark the CR file to the next FM and then the process will re-start and till then all DR should to the CAT, HC etc and by DR, I mean all, i.e., LDC, TA, ITI etc...
Good! other CCITs should take cue from the CCIT chennai.

definitely, chennai ccit is going to be pulled up before the Honourable Supreme Court for contempt. I think he failed to understand the basic instructions contained in DOPT memo. It clearly says that where in a cadre there is a dispute, the same has to be reviewed and the seniority needs revision. However, without following the Honourable Supreme Court decision and also not following the Dopt memo, he has brought contempt on himself. He has proved himself as a novie.
How can CCIT CHENNAI review when the recruitment itself is illegal and violation of the constitutional rights. 2005-06 and 2006-07 recruits r illegal appointees so no review.
This advt. Should be placed in newspapers. Over one million will join the association to remove the illegal recruits in income tax dept. And also CBI action over recruitment scandal in SSC ALLAHABAD should be conducted immediately without any delay.
