ITEF, better keep off your tricks. Where you were, when hundreds of LDCs remained in the abolished post during 2001 CR for more than an year? After more than 18 years of service, our members are promoted as O.S (abolished post). Now they are going to be down graded as EAs, while a few of your own counterparts are enjoying undue benefits. ITEF is 100 % partisan, still under some perennial influence of 'KUTTYS'.
Again back to pavilion?? CBDT should have fulfilled its promise before finalization of allocation of posts if it was promised to discuss the issue with ITEF and ITGOA by the board authorities.
All group B and C officials should be dismissed immediately and their work should be outsourced.

I think the board should not take care of these unions on this matters. They actually breached the trust of the employee who had on such unions. They actually dont want to let the the CR implemented. I request board to keep aside the cheapy unions and implement the CR. We employee will definitely with you. Cheap and dirty polotics in unions.

time has come not to support JCA drama.
Our leaders are failing to understand that because of personal affilation of certain leaders with certain powerful but valueless units are losing the support of other units . This will be deadly blow for the future of the federation . Leaders should not be seen to create hurdles in the implementation of cadre review .
ITEF & ITGOA is requested not to make another hurdle now, when CR is about to come into picture.

Where were you JCA for last 10 months? Now both associations want to show they are together. It is too late. Most of Gr C employees of IT department knows nothing going to happen at this juncture, at the most this move may result further delay in CR implementation process.
Not to participate in such calls is the appropriate reply,where these people were sleeping when anti employee decision were framed such as withdrawal of passing criteria, mearger of os post.

Dear friend now after passed of O.M of DoPT dated 4.3.2014, as per para (i) in our department not followed the O.M of 1986 unless the seniority not review since 1986 in all DR cadres according to initiation of DR i.e Notification, no means of post of allocation and notification of CR. First of all you all more for expedite in this matter. Without seniority revise, You all only wait for CR posts

WHAT WAS ITEF leaders doing all this time. sleep off and boozing at parties in the name of AGM,Working Committee Meetings, Executive committee Meetings, and meetings to call off the agaitations.
WHAT was the need to withdraw the call when you leaders with the long history and experience knew what was going to happen, that they will not honour their commitments once the CHAIRPERSON retires. A new innings and new promises during the next round of fresh talks, all waste of time and money (ofcourse ordinary membership money not any leaders donation to the organisation).

It appears that ITEF and ITGOA has gone into a secret pact with the Board into agreeing with the allocation of posts. They are now trying to save face and pacify some specific circles by calling this lunch hour demonstration which holds little or no meaning to the Board as no office work is hampered. Please stop this type of Gimmick to hoodwink the common members of IT family.

When Administration is putting a foot forward, who are the JCA to stop this? Selfish JCA. JCA is for for their own benefits, but not for the common Employees. When two days strike was there, every body suffered. ITGOA did not participate. Now this foolish ITEF joins with ITGOA. For whose cause, definetley for selfish ITGOA
New ITGOA(CHQ) is planing that CR should be delayed so that new govt. will have arole in CR. And they can persue the new govt. to change the role of pentafication (recruitment of IRS in 5 years) may be changed as from present CR policy ITGOA has no benifit.

If itgoa benefitted then automatically itef member benefited. If itgoa member become irs than itef member convert into itgoa member. So why allare you unnecessary crying. Before cr it members has morale authority to participate in post allocation otherwise your position be as dr pr after nr parmar judgement
ITEF/ITGOA should made public to their model of allocation of posts and clear the confusion and then fight unanimously at the platform of JCA at national level.

The union is has vested interests and is not interested in CR. Think of those employees of income tax departments who did not get the cadre restructuring of 2001...Have some mercy on them guys..
It is nothing but a ego problem . It was cleared that the justice was done to Kolkatta and again and again questioning the CBDT that without taking the approval from JCA, how the posts will be allocated, it will take to delay in allocation. Rather to satisfy their ego problems, the JCA should look into promotions early by sitting with the each state administration to complete the process by march 2014 end. Instead they wish to dragon the issue to benefit the DRs . It is totally BIAS . The undersecretary of DOPT, CBDT members, 90& ITGOA members ar DRs and as such any OMs are issued in favor of DRs only . Clearly it is BIAS and favourtisim.

Absolute truth
ask the JCA comrades to publish their regionwise allocation they have agreed to, on which there is all out approval. Then they can show the difference in what they have recommended and what is imposed upon by the Board. If the allocation is very much on the lines of what JCA has finalised, then whether prior approval or meeting for consultation was held is irrrevalant. THe JCA should see the fruit it gets and not who serves it. IT IS ONLY EGO. And if there is a major difference then the ITEF and ITGOA unit should first raise the issue at National Level and all other units if agreed upon on the injustice meeted out, go for an agitation, but I very much doubt such a situation is the real fact. This will be only an eyewash to justify the incompetence of the National Leaders. PLEASE COME OUT WITH THE FIGURES alongwith the Call for agaitation, so that all members can see the facts and transperancy of the regional leaders and national leaders. If after going through the JCA proposed allocation the members feel justified, then everybody will support the call. ELSE ONLY GOD KNOW the outcome of the CR ......

Now that itgoa has new faces who r from west bengal who have pre medevial mindsets will join itef to agian show one upmanship of previous itgoa. This will only delay matters. By going on warpath again it is a ploy by itef to wriggle out of the situation where they could not get anything out of their agitation of two day strike. It is like a face saving formula for itef who otherwise have lost their credibility. Yeh jod tod ki rajneeti hai jisme aam employee be it members from itef and itgoa are suffering. And we r figthing like cats among piegons and irs banda is laughing all the way into his den.
It is good that members now recognise their leaders. the 3rd and most harmful force is that who take promotion from ACIT to Chairman and therafter. It is a shame that we r fighting amongst ourselves for peanuts in the name of direct and promotee. Have courage and show them way out by not participating in demonstration.
Drs should not forget that they would become prs after this promotion.then they will be at the receiving end if sc judgement is interpreted the way they think it is.
